How do I cancel my service?

If you wish to discontinue your monthly subscription to HealthPrompts, please go to the contact us page and select 'sales' and send us an email indicating that you wish to have your service cancelled or you can email us directly at customerservice@healthprompts.com . Make sure to include your Full Name and Account number for reference.

Do you provide a money back guarantee?

HealthPrompts offers a Risk FREE 30-day trial to our service. Use our service for the first 30 days free of charge. At the end of the trial period if you wish to continue using our service we will automatically begin billing you the monthly rate. Because there is no contract, if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you may cancel your service at any time. However, after the first 30 days of service, HealthPrompts.com will not provide refunds or money-back guarantees for its service. Service charges will not be pro-rated for cancellations that occur during part way through a monthly billing cycle.

Does my cell phone service need to include a text plan for your service to work?

No, but your phone does need to have text messaging capabilities in order to receive our service. However, please keep in mind that some cell phone providers may charge fees for incoming text messages. Please consult your specific cell phone plan for details to determine if you need a texting plan to avoid any additional charges from your cell phone provider.

Is my account information protected?

Yes. We do not share any personal information such as names or addresses with third-parties. Also, our website incorporates the latest internet security features and encryption technology, so your credit card information is safe.
